A judge in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has ordered two men who are charged with killing three people over the weekend held in lieu of $9,160,000 bail each.
Jake England, 19, and Alvin Watts, 33, are charged with three counts of murder and two counts of shooting with intent to kill. Two people were wounded in the string of shootings.
Authorities are working to determine whether the violence was racially motivated.
