An 18-year-old Mountain Home girl died in August of a drug overdose at a Nampa home. Prosecutors and police say a man and woman there put her body in her car and drove to the North Side and left her there. They didn't report her death and have been charged with misdemeanor failure to report a death. Her family wants Idaho law changed to make the failure to report a death a felony.
