Lindsay Lohan -- Killin' It at Morgue Duty	Top
Filed under: Lindsay Lohan, Celebrity Justice Maybe structure is exactly what Lindsay Lohan needed -- because TMZ has learned she's not only on pace to complete her court-ordered stints at the morgue ... she's WAY ahead of schedule. Law enforcement sources tell us ... Lohan has already completed 10 of her 12 required morgue duty shifts -- impressive considering she still has another THREE WEEKS to spare. In fact, we're told Lindsay doesn't just plan to knock out the remaining two shifts by the Dec. 14 deadline -- but she also wants to get a head start on the hours she has to complete by her 2nd status hearing. Law enforcement tell us ... Lindsay has a pretty damn good reputation at the morgue -- polite, hard-working and never complains about the work. Judge Sautner had said her sentence essentially put the keys to Lindsay's freedom in her own hands -- and at this point, it looks like she's making the most of her opportunity to stay out of the clink. Filed under: Terrell Owens, Celebrity Justice, TMZ Sports T.O. filed legal docs in one of his child support cases, claiming he doesn't have nearly enough jack to pay his baby mama's attorney's fees, but in making his argument he revealed he's making a bloody fortune by tweeting. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mr. O says he makes between $2,800 - $6,400 per tweet.  In one instance, he pulled in $2,800 to tweet for Cutters -- a football glove company.  He raked in $4,800 for tweeting on behalf of Old Navy.  And he got $6,400 for tweeting about Fantapper -- a sports social networking site. T.O. also discloses he's earned residual money for an episode of "Punk'd" and for his appearances on "Any Given Sunday" and "Necessary Roughness." And get this ... T.O. scored $10 grand for promoting Yahoo Fantasy Football and $20 grand for promoting a Super Bowl party. So why is T.O. trying to get out from under paying his baby mama's attorney's fees?  It's because he spends like a mutha. His average monthly expenses are $82,178.30, plus $44,602 in child support. T.O. says he has no new sources of income and is basically broke. Permalink
Sublime with Rome -- Yeah We Fought, But We're NOT Broken Up	Top
Filed under: Sublime, Music Don't panic ... Sublime with Rome is NOT calling it quits, despite an on-stage blow up at a concert in Hawaii earlier this week ... TMZ has learned. Fans were shocked when drummer Bud Gaugh stormed off the stage in Maui on Nov. 20 -- after hurling profanities at the band's manager, Mike "Cheez" Brown. TMZ spoke with Cheez ... who tells us the drama began when he grabbed his guitar to play a song with the band at the end of  the show, as he's often known to do. But this time, Cheez says, Bud had an issue with the performance -- and screamed at Cheez to get off the stage. Bud then got the crowd to chant, "Go home Cheez." Cheez, surprised by Bud's reaction, remained on the stage -- but Bud stormed off. The band, stunned by the outburst, completed the show without the drummer. Now, sources close to the band tell TMZ ... the guys have buried the hatchet -- after laughing about the incident the following day. As for Cheez, dude tells us he plans to stay off the stage for a while ... until Bud gives him the all-clear to play with the group again. Permalink

Filed under: Jack Wagner One day after Jack Wagner met his long lost 23-year-old daughter for the first time, he revealed her to the world -- and TMZ has obtained video of the heartrending introduction. As we previously reported, Jack's daughter Carrie tracked the actor down after growing up with foster parents. Her biological mother gave Carrie up for adoption soon after she was born. Jack had no idea she existed ... until earlier this month -- when Carrie found her way back to daddy at a concert in Boca Raton, Florida. The next day, Jack introduced her to the audience as his daughter. Check out the footage -- but be warned ... someone may start cutting onions in your general vicinity. Permalink

Michael Lohan Rushed to the Hospital With Heart Problems	Top
Filed under: Michael Lohan, Nurse! Michael Lohan was rushed to the hospital last night and will undergo heart surgery today ... TMZ has learned. According to our sources ... Lohan, who is currently in a court-ordered treatment center in Florida, was not feeling well last night and complained of chest pains. We're told he had his blood pressure taken, and when it came back 200/110 ... he was immediately taken to the hospital. After undergoing tests, our sources say doctors decided Lohan needed a stent in his heart and scheduled surgery for today. We're also told doctors discovered blood clots in one of his lungs. Lohan underwent surgery back in February to clear blockage in the posterior interventricular artery of his heart. Permalink

Filed under: Renee Strauss, Celebrity Justice A fancy schmancy Beverly Hills wedding dress shop -- owned by a reality show star -- doesn't have a lot for sale these days, because the Sheriff's deputies seized all the dresses! Renee Strauss -- featured on TLC's "Brides of Beverly Hills" -- lost a lawsuit filed by some very unhappy, ex-employees.  Seems Renee blew off the judgment ... in excess of $500,000, which includes the winning side's attorney's fees. Under California law, if a merchant doesn't pay a judgment, the Sheriff can do some western-style justice, in the form of seizing merchandise.  And that's exactly what the Sheriff did. As for what was seized ... wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, headpieces and veils, tiaras, shoes, gloves, jewelry, garters and hankies.  Those Sheriff's are gonna look mighty perty ... we kid -- the schmatas can eventually be sold to satisfy the judgment. According to property records, Amare picked up the new home in Southwest Ranches, FL last month. The 14,555 square foot home sits on a 2.35 acre lot, features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a nine-car garage. And don't worry about Amare wasting his money ... he paid about a million less than the original asking price. If only the NBA Players' Union was as shrewd at negotiating. Permalink
Green Bay Packer Erik Walden on Domestic Violence Charges	Top
Filed under: TMZ Sports Just hours after his team was victorious on Thanksgiving day, Green Bay Packers linebacker Erik Walden was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence against his live-in girlfriend. According to police, the incident occurred around 2:30 AM and cops were called a few hours later. Cops say the woman was treated at a local hospital for a cut and a bump on her head. Walden was arrested and booked at around 8:00 AM -- but because courts are closed for the holiday weekend, Walden will remain in the Brown County Jail until Monday morning. A rep for the Packers released a statement saying, "The Packers organization is aware of the situation involving Erik Walden. We are in the process of gathering more information and will refrain from making any further comment." Permalink

TMZ spoke with T-Baby -- aka Latonya Miles -- who tells us she doesn't mind that B&B cracked some jokes about her on the MTV show ... because producers forked over a few THOUSAND dollars to get her permission. T-Baby says, "People have been making fun of me my whole life ... so, it's no big deal because I'm still getting paid from them ... so I'm laughin' all the way to the bank." T-Baby also says her exposure on the show has given her the "biggest kick off to my career ever." The rapper says she's getting paid $4k for every year the show featuring her video is aired on MTV -- explaining, "I already got my $4,000 for this year and I'm expecting it every year for the next five years." Filed under: Lady Gaga, Fashion Lady Gaga’s super high-cut dress at the International Emmys Monday night in NYC was this close to exposing her little monster -- but TMZ has learned, it wasn’t made that way.  A rep for the designer -- Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture in France -- tells us, the asymmetrical frock came straight off the catwalk ... meaning it was intended to be worn by a model much taller than Gaga. According to the rep, “The slit came way further up her waist than what our designers had in mind." Despite the wardrobe malfunction, Stéphane Rolland insists, “We’re not mad that the dress ended up looking like that on Gaga ... she does make it a little naughtier!” Permalink
