Men Sue Because Women Favored at Playboy Mansion -- Duh!	Top
Filed under: Playboy, Celebrity Justice The "Leather Meets Lace" party at the Playboy Mansion has triggered a lawsuit, filed by men who allegedly had to pay for admission while "gorgeous ladies" did not. Steve Frye is suing on behalf of all men who paid $1,000 to get into the shindig.  In his lawsuit, Frye claims he was fried when he learned "gorgeous ladies" got in free. Frye claims the double standard is sex discrimination, pure and simple.  He also says offering these women free admission "promotes harmful, negative stereotypes." He's suing for unspecified damages ... and a life. Permalink
Justin Bieber's Alleged Baby Mama -- Ex-Boyfriend Is POSITIVE He's the Daddy	Top
The ex-boyfriend of Justin Bieber's alleged baby mama has no doubt  ... he's the daddy of the baby she claims Justin fathered  ... and he wants to take a DNA test to prove it. TMZ broke the story that Mariah Yeater sent text messages to a friend ... fingering her ex, Robbie Powell, as the baby daddy. Sources close to Powell tell TMZ ... he's making his move because he's tired of Yeater using the kid for media attention. Our sources says Robbie has been telling friends ... Mariah told him the whole Bieber story was BS. We're told Robbie believes she did it for the money because she's desperate for cash. According to our sources, Powell has been approached by several media outlets to tell his story and he's reviewing his options.  We've reached out to Mariah's lawyer. No word back. Permalink

Filed under: T-Boz, Celebrity Justice T-Boz ain't too proud to beg -- just like TLC sang back in the 90s -- because she's filed for bankruptcy. According to docs filed last month in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, T-Boz (real name Tionne Watkins) found herself owing creditors $768,642.99 -- mostly from mortgages on her $1.2 million house. The docs don't paint a picture of exorbitant spending -- she takes in $11,700/month in income, with monthly expenses totaling $8,821. TLC had ten top ten singles, four number one singles, four multi-platinum albums, and four Grammy Awards ... but according to the docs, T-Boz only pulls in $1,200/month in royalties. T-Boz might have dodged the bankruptcy bullet if she'd been able to collect the child support she claims she's owed -- which according to the docs is $250,000. Casey Anthony -- Studying Hard for Her Future	Top
Filed under: Casey Anthony, Celebrity Justice Casey Anthony has finally enrolled in classes, as her probation requires, and TMZ has learned her course of choice ... Spanish. Anthony is required under the terms of her probation to either get a job or go to school. Sources close to C.A. tell TMZ ... she chose to study Spanish because she felt it would come in handy when she goes back to work in Florida. We're told Casey is taking the classes online, but not though a traditional online college, because of security issues. According to our sources, Anthony is studying through a private organization ... which means her records will be kept under wraps. Our sources say Casey already speaks a little Spanish and she had even been teaching Caylee some words before, you know ... Permalink
'Basketball Wives' -- Adding Two New Cast Members	Top
Filed under: Basketball Wives The producers of "Basketball Wives" are upping the drama level big time for season 4 -- adding two new cast members ... one of which was arrested earlier this year for allegedly trying to stab her husband! Sources close to the show tell TMZ ... Kenya Bell (right) will be joining the show this coming season. We're told during filming so far ... Kenya has already assumed the role of villain and gotten into a few fights with the girls. Bell is a former Miss Michigan USA who was arrested for allegedly trying to stab her husband, Charlie Bell, with a box cutter. The other new cast member, we're told, is Kesha Ni’cole Nichols. She was set to marry Richard Jefferson back in 2009, but he bailed on the $2 million wedding the night ... telling her via email. According to our sources, Nichols talks openly about the wedding on the show and has thus far been well-liked by the rest of the cast. Permalink
Miley Cyrus -- Calls Herself a 'Stoner' and a 'Pothead'	Top
Filed under: Miley Cyrus Miley Cyrus talked her way out of the bong scandal by saying she smoked salvia -- but at her birthday party last week, she seemingly admitted to a room full of people ... she's a major pothead. In a video obtained by The Daily, Miley gets on the mic and addresses the crowd at her party at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles. Once the cake has been brought out, Miley says, "You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed." Her good pal Kelly Osbourne, standing right next to her, even made reference to the salvia incident, saying, "I thought salvia was your problem." It was just before her birthday last year when Miley was videotaped smoking out of a bong. She claimed it was salvia and not marijuana. An email to Cyrus' rep was not returned. Kelly Osbourne has taken to her Twitter page to defend Miley, saying in part, "u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think." Michael Lohan -- Struggling to Speak, Breathe	Top

Michael Lohan is set to go under the knife tomorrow, but today ... sources close to MiLo tell TMZ he is having trouble breathing and speaking as he rests up for the surgery. As TMZ first reported, Lohan will undergo heart surgery on Monday and have a stent inserted. Sources close to Lohan tell us heart problems run in the family. We're told doctors feel Lohan should have had the procedure six months ago, and that's why he is in such bad condition today. Permalink
Bow Wow -- Owes the IRS a Lil Money	Top
Filed under: Bow Wow, Celebrity Justice Bow Wow is all grown up now, but just because he's a lil older ... doesn't mean he's learned how to pay off Uncle Sam -- he owes almost six figures in back taxes, this according to court documents. A tax lien filed in Florida by the federal government says the rapper, real name Shad Gregory Moss, owes the government $91,105.61 for unpaid taxes from the year 2006. Arnold Schwarzenegger -- I Don't Need No Stinkin' Stuntman	Top
Filed under: Arnold Schwarzenegger Arnold Schwarzenegger may be 64 years old, but he's still bad-ass enough to perform his own stunts ... well, except for the one he screwed up and got his head split open. Arnold has been filming "Last Stand" in New Mexico for nearly two months. Sources on the set tell TMZ ... A.S. has politely declined the producers' offer to put stuntmen in the dangerous scenes, because he thinks it's just more believable for him to do it himself. As for what Arnold is doing ... among other things, in one scene he's driving a Camaro, dragging a "bad guy behind" -- even though the scene involves crazy driving, it seems the bad guy is the one who needs a double. Arnold is also doing a scene where he's suspended high above the ground by ropes -- we're told this scene is dangerous. And side benefit -- we're told the production is so physically challenging, he's yolked again. Permalink
T.I. -- Some Gays are 'Not American'	Top
Filed under: T.I. T.I. thinks gays need to get over themselves ... at least the ones who try and muzzle people from telling harmless jokes. T.I. was discussing gay rights with Vibe magazine -- an issue he says he supports -- and then mentioned Tracy Morgan's controversial comments earlier this year: "Man, I will say this, the funniest joke I ever heard Tracy say during a stand-up was, 'C'mon man, I think gay people are too sensitive. If you can take a d**k, you can take a joke.' [Cracks up laughing.] That s**t was funny to me. And it’s kind of true." Then T.I. unloaded ... talking about oversensitivity in the gay community, which he believes betrays the First Amendment which guarantees freedom of speech.  "They’re like,‘If you have an opinion against us, we’re gonna shut you down.’ ... That’s not American. If you’re gay you should have the right to be gay in peace, and if you’re against it you should have the right to be against it in peace." So we ask ... Permalink
Jason Taylor -- Investment Broker Ran Off With My Money!	Top
Filed under: Jason Taylor, TMZ Sports, Celebrity Justice Jason Taylor has made a living out of chasing down quarterbacks -- now the NFL star is trying to chase down the man he says bilked him out of more than a quarter of a million dollars! According to a lawsuit filed back in August, Taylor claims he gave $500,000 to a man named Eric Kim, who told Taylor he was an experienced securities investor. Taylor alleges Kim promised to invest the money on Taylor's behalf, and would do so without charging any fees ... except for 10% of whatever profits he made. But alas ... Taylor says from August 2009 until March 2011, Kim "misappropriated" $275,269.10 of the money Taylor gave him. According to Taylor, Kim wrote 37 checks from the account he set up with Taylor's money ... 32 of which were either made out to Kim himself or to his good friend "cash." Taylor is suing for fraud, among other things, and is looking for his money back, plus costs. Kim's lawyer denies all of Taylor's claims, and tells TMZ, "Jason's lawsuit is another example of a celebrity who is unable to handle his money and a friend who attempts to assist him at his request, who now gets blamed for poor results ... We look forward to all of the facts of this matter coming out in the courts or an arbitration tribunal." Permalink

You'll remember ... Birkhead found out he was the father of Dannielynn, Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, after a drawn out paternity battle in the Bahamas in 2007 that involved Howard K. 'Chronicles of Riddick' -- New Movie BACK ON After Cash Starts Flowing	Top
Filed under: Vin Diesel, Movies Vin Diesel's new "Chronicles of Riddick" movie is back from the dead ... TMZ has learned ... after the production company scrounged up enough cash to pay off some long overdue bills. We broke the story ... the movie came to a screeching halt last month, when the guy who owns the Montreal studio where the film is being shot LOCKED OUT the cast and crew after complaining that he hadn't gotten paid. But things have FINALLY changed ... so says studio owner Michel Trudel, who claims the production company recently paid up ... and he's willing to allow the flick to pick up where it left off.   Sources connected with the production tell us ... the studio payment is just ONE step in the right direction -- noting that several members of the crew who had been griping about not receiving  paychecks WILL INDEED get their cash in the very near future. We're told that filming will resume on December 28. Permalink
Wyclef Jean's Haitian Charity Accused of Impropriety	Top
Filed under: Wyclef Jean Wyclef Jean and his former charity, Yele Haiti, are facing new allegations that the bulk of the money they raised for the people of Haiti after the earthquake was misappropriated ... and some went right into his family's pocket ... allegedly. Yele Haiti took in $16 million in 2010, according to records obtained by the NY Post. But the paper claims only $5.1 million went to emergency relief efforts, including food and water delivery to makeshift survivor camps. According to the Post, a company called P&A Construction received $353,983. That company, the paper says, is run by Warnel Pierre ... Wyclef's brother-in-law. The Post also says the documents show $1,008,000 went to a company called Amisphere Farm Labor Inc. -- a company the paper says never filed the proper paperwork in Florida so they can do business. However, the Post says a man listed as the company's head bought three properties in Florida last year, including a condo in an upscale waterfront community. The charity came under fire in January 2010. Jean responded then by saying, ""Have we made mistakes? Yes. Did I ever use Yele money for personal benefit? Absolutely not." Jean resigned as head of the charity in August 2010. Jean issued a statement, which reads in part, "The percentage of funds used is consistent with NGOs and Not For Profits operating in Haiti at the time. I have acknowledged that Yele has made mistakes in the past, including being late in IRS filings, but that is old news." Permalink

Evelyn Lozada -- 'Basketball Wives' Made Her An Offer She Couldn't Refuse	Top
Filed under: Evelyn Lozada, Basketball Wives, Reality TV Evelyn Lozada was all set to leave "Basketball Wives" and not return for the show's fourth season -- until the show offered her a deal she just couldn't turn down ... which, TMZ has learned, includes her own spin-off show. As TMZ previously reported, Evelyn had made up her mind that she was done with the show for good after VH1 posted a blog insinuating she cheated on her husband, NFL star Chad Ochocinco. Once Evelyn let producers know she was out, that's when we're told they really made a push to keep her. According to our sources, her new arrangement with the show has her shooting about half as often (but with a raise) and that she can work around her daughter's school schedule. We're also told Evelyn has made it clear ... she will not miss any of Chad's games. But according to our sources, the final carrot that sealed the deal ... was that VH1 promised to spin off Evelyn and Chad into their own show. We're told that show would document the months leading up to their wedding ... but so far no deal to shoot the wedding has been made. Calls to VH1 were not returned. Permalink

'Survivor' Contestant Semhar Tadesse -- Charged with DUI	Top
Filed under: Survivor, Celebrity Justice Semhar Tadesse -- the first person booted from this season of "Survivor" -- has been charged with DUI ... a month after she was popped in L.A. on suspicion of drunk driving. TMZ broke the story ... Semhar was pulled over on October 27 after allegedly running a red light. Cops administered a field sobriety test and Semhar allegedly blew a .14 ... nearly twice the legal limit in California. Semhar was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI last week -- one for driving under the influence, and one for driving with blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. Her arraignment's scheduled for December 16. Permalink
