The Wall Street Journal reports that Cambodian police arrested Svartholm on Sunday for the alleged "illegal use of information technology" in a joint operation with Swedish law enforcement officials. The Journal says that Svartholm could now be sent back to his native Sweden, where he faces a one-year jail sentence for violating copyright law.
