Sony won't compete on price in tablet market: executive

Xerox investigated by Texas on Medicaid work: WSJ

Reuters - (Reuters) - Xerox Corp and a wholly owned unit that contracted with the U.S. state of Texas to process dental claim forms are being investigated to see if they helped allow dentists to submit higher-than-required bills under the state's Medicaid system, the Wall Street Journal reported. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is concerned that the unit, Affiliated Computer Services Inc, did not dedicate sufficient trained staff to audit the Medicaid requests, letting dentists get paid for procedures not covered by the program, the WSJ said. ... Samsung to review 250 Chinese suppliers for labor violations

Samsung also said its audit into working conditions at an HEG Electronics facility in Huizhou in southern China found no under-aged workers. New York-based China Labor Watch said last month seven children younger than 16 were working in the factory that makes phones and DVD players for Samsung. ...

Oracle to appeal U.S. copyright damages case: SAP

On Monday, a spokesman for SAP confirmed a report in the German daily Mannheimer Morgen to this effect, adding that "in the worst case the appeal could take two years," adding SAP was disappointed that Oracle continued to drag out the process. China's Baidu to invest $1.6 billion to set up cloud computing centre

China won't challenge WTO ruling in U.S. bank card row

Facebook cracks down on fake "Likes"
