First Facebook president Sean Parker weds in California  Saturday, Jun 01, 2013 09:18 PM PDT LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Billionaire Sean Parker, co-founder of music-sharing website Napster and the first president of Facebook, was married on Saturday in Northern California, a representative for the couple said. Parker, 33, married his fiancee Alexandra Lenas in a ceremony at an inn in the costal retreat of Big Sur with 300 family and friends in attendance, his representative Matthew Hiltzik said in a statement. Narayana Murthy to act as executive chairman for five years. He replaces current chairman K.V. Kamath, who will become lead independent director. Current co-chairman S. Baker (Reuters) - Satellite operator DirecTV and two other bidders have offered more than $1 billion apiece to buy Hulu, a source with knowledge of the bidding process said on Friday, increasing the likelihood that owners News Corp and Walt Disney Co will be able to shed the video streaming service they failed to sell in 2011.
