A Georgia judge has determined that there's enough evidence to support charges of murder and second-degree child cruelty against Justin Ross Harris.
Harris was charged after leaving his 22-month-old son in a hot car last month. The case now goes to a grand jury, where the district attorney will seek a formal indictment.
The judge also denied Harris bond.
