During his address to Congress last week, President Barack Obama called for the opposition to join him and the Democrats to pursue his agenda. It is clear their idea of partisanship is for conservatives and other skeptics to agree with them. That doesn't appear to be changing, and neither does their general unwillingness to listen to other ideas.
