Charlie and Brooke Strike Joint Custody Deal Top
Filed under: Charlie Sheen , Brooke Mueller , Celebrity Justice Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have hashed out a joint custody agreement ... lawyers for the former couple told an L.A. judge today. Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... Brooke's lawyer, Lori Howe , and Charlie's attorney, Mark Gross , went into the chambers of Judge Hank Goldberg this afternoon and presented hizzoner with the agreement.  We're told Howe and Gross told Judge Goldberg the only thing left to be done is getting Brooke and Charlie's John Hancock. Sources tell us ... the agreement calls for joint legal and physical custody of twins Bob and Max.  We're told Brooke will get substantially more face time with the kids than Charlie. The signed agreement will not be filed with the court, in order to keep it completely confidential.  The case has been taken off the court's calendar. Permalink
 
Octomom Doctor -- License to Be REVOKED Top
Filed under: Octomom , Dr. Michael Kamrava , Celebrity Justice The doctor who implanted TWELVE embryos inside Octomom -- before she conceived octuplets -- will have his license to practice medicine revoked next month ... TMZ has learned. The Medical Board of California made the announcement today -- ruling Dr. Michael Kamrava "did not exercise sound judgment" when he implanted the large number of embryos inside Nadya Suleman back in 2008. The attorney general’s office accused Dr. Kamrava of being grossly negligent in his treatment of Suleman. The Medical Board released a statement -- claiming, “The board is not assured that oversight through probation is enough, and having weighed the above, has determined that revocation of respondent’s certificate is necessary to protect the public.” The revocation takes effect July 1st. Hootie -- Bodyguard TAKES OUT Crazy Fan Top
Like a jungle lion going after a kill ... Darius Rucker 's musclebound security guard pounced on a fan who tried to rush the stage at a recent concert ... DROPPING the dude flat on his ass!!! Hootie was performing a beautiful rendition of his song, "History in the Making" in Boca Raton a few weeks ago ... when some schmuck decided to try to rush the stage (around 1:17 in the clip). Out of nowhere, a sleeveless security guy flies in, takes the fan out and throws him off the stage -- while Hootie never misses a beat. Those Darius Rucker concerts ... OUTTA CONTROL!!!! Permalink
 
DJ Mister Cee -- I'm Guilty in Prostitution Bust ... Again Top
Filed under: Mister Cee , Celebrity Justice , Music DJ Mister Cee -- best known for his work with Notorious B.I.G. and Big Daddy Kane -- just pled guilty to a prostitution charge ... and it's his SECOND guilty plea in the past year. Cee -- real name Calvin LeBrun -- was busted in Manhattan on March 30 ... when cops found him in a car receiving oral sex from a male companion. The DJ was charged with loitering for the purpose of engaging in a prostitution offence. He's been ordered to attend counseling. Mister Cee should know the drill -- he was busted for the same thing in October 2010 ... when he also pled guilty. Permalink
