| Filed under: Sean Kingston Alcohol was NOT a factor in the jet ski accident that left Sean Kingston in critical condition ... this according to a report released by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The report describes the accident by saying, "Anderson was operating a PWC [personal watercraft] with a female passenger westbound along McArthur Cswy towards the Palm Ave bridge. Anderson struck the bridge and was transported to Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition." The other passenger, a 23-year-old female, was listed as being "uninjured." Kingston is still in critical condition, but has been stabilized. Permalink | |

| Filed under: Cheryl Cole , X Factor Cheryl Cole was a judge on two different versions of " The X-Factor ." What a difference a week makes! The judges for this season of the popular British show were announced today and Cole's name was off the list. This year's judges panel is made up of music mogul Louis Walsh, Take That's Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland from Destiny's Child and Tulisa Contostavlos of N-Dubz. As TMZ first reported, Cole was supposed to be on the U.S. version of the show, but was given the boot because producers thought her accent was too thick for American audiences. Guess the Brit's don't have any issue with Rowland's thick accent. Permalink | |

| Filed under: Snooki , Jersey Shore , Celebrity Justice Snooki was taken into custody in Florence, Italy on Monday after crashing into a police car ... TMZ has learned. Snooki was driving when she struck the cop car, but sources connected with the production tell TMZ, "Zero alcohol was involved." We're told no one was injured. A witness tells TMZ, Snooki smacked her into the back of the patrol car, wedging her ride between the car and a highway protection wall. The witness says Deena was in the passenger seat at the time of the crash -- and when she tried to exit the car, she had to go through the window ... because the door was blocked by the wall. A source connected to the production tells TMZ, although Snooki is in custody ... it is not a formal arrest. Permalink | |
