| Filed under: Gloria Allred , Celebrity Justice The waitresses who claim an Atlantic City casino fired them for being too old went public today -- blasting the place during a news conference ... in which Gloria Allred literally served up her lawsuit on a silver platter. Gloria put the legal docs on the silver plate, mocking one of the casino's sexy new "Let us serve you!" advertisements -- declaring, "We will be serving YOU today. Not with a cocktail, but with a lawsuit." As we previously reported, Gloria represents 9 female cocktail servers -- aged between 40 and 66 -- who claim Resorts Casino in Atlantic City fired them to make room for sexier, younger waitresses. The women are suing for unlawful sex, age, and race discrimination -- demanding back pay, lost wages, and damages for pain and suffering. Permalink | |

We're told both Shaq and Hoopz were in great spirits when they came to the Gatlinburg shop ... located just miles from where Shaq has a home. Sources tell us Shaq wanted some privacy and asked to keep the store's door shut while they were inside. At The Disco front man Brendon Urie broke the holy hell out of his left ankle during a concert in Florida this weekend ... but somehow managed to FINISH THE CONCERT!!! It's pretty crazy -- Brendon reportedly snapped the ankle while climbing back on to the stage after going into the crowd. After taking off his shoe and showing off his wound, Brendon told the crowd, "There's like a softball in my ankle ... my left leg is done for the show, if you don't mind ... the show will go on if you'll have us." He added, "It looks like my grandma's goiter." After the show, Brendon posted a photo of his bandaged leg on Twitter ... so , hopefully, he'll be fine. Permalink | |
