Three people were killed today and more than 20 were injured after a woman drove a car into a crowd watching the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade in Stillwater, a police official said.
The 25-year-old driver has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to Kyle Gibbs with the Stillwater Police Department.
