Also taking the stand will be Richard Senneff and Martin Blount -- the medics who first arrived to the scene and believe Dr. Murray withheld vital information during the rush to save MJ's life. | |

TMZ spoke with Tony Quartarone -- the station owner at KISS 101.7 -- who tells us he's not upset with Tyrese because he took a stand against liquor stores ... instead, he claims the problem was the way the singer addressed his listeners. Quartarone says, "Tyrese was not kicked off the air for pointing out that liquor stores should not be located near schools ... I totally agree with that. But ... he proceeded to downgrade my audience by calling them 'homies.'" Quartarone says he felt the language was condescending -- and that's why he asked Tyrese to leave the building Monday morning. After Tyrese tweeted about the incident, Quartarone says he decided to ban Ty's music until he gets an apology. He probably won't get one -- Tyrese called in to "TMZ Live" yesterday and told us he simply didn't care if the station takes his music out of rotation. | |

Unlike his Aug. 31 release from federal prison, T.I. left the halfway house with no fanfare -- no tour bus, no documentary producers -- simply getting into a chauffeur-driven SUV and leaving. | |

The court did, however, approve a petition for Katherine to buy another house. Law enforcement sources confirm ... cops are investigating the scene. Sources on the lot tell TMZ ... the letter was NOT addressed to anyone on "Dancing with the Stars" ... but so far, it's unclear who the intended recipient was. It's not the first time CBS has had an anthrax scare -- just last year, the studio went on lockdown when production staff found white powder in a letter addressed to Bristol Palin. Officials also intercepted a threatening letter addressed to "Late Late Show" host Craig Ferguson just last month. The letter also contained white powder -- which was later determined to be cornmeal.  3:21 PM:The L.A. City Hazardous Materials team is on the scene. 4:00 PM: Crisis over. Law enforcement sources tell us the powder is a "non-harmful" substance ... but still unclear what it is. | |

Prosecutors claim the tape shows Murray leaving the hospital around 4:36PM that day -- two hours after MJ was pronounced dead. The defense refuted the claim -- and showed additional footage -- which appears to show Murray in the hospital around 5PM (notice the timestamp).  | |

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Phillip Barnes went to Stone's house twice, uninvited, claiming he was the father of one of Sharon's kids. And she says Barnes wrote her a letter warning her not to date anyone. Stone says Barnes is mentally ill and possibly a delusional schizophrenic, claiming he was introduced to her by his CIA friend. According to the restraining order, Barnes was ordered to stay 100 yards from Sharon and her kids. | |

Muhammad testified Paris was "on the ground, balled up crying," and Prince "was shocked and slowly crying." Muhammad claims Jackson appeared to be dead when he arrived at the scene -- and when he noticed Prince and Paris in the doorway, he took them downstairs. Muhammad says that's when he heard Murray asking if anyone knew CPR -- and his fellow bodyguard Alberto Alvarez rushed to help. Once MJ was pronounced dead, MJ's assistant Michael Amir Williams relayed to him Murray's request to go back and retrieve the "cream" -- and that's when they both agreed not to let Murray back in the house. Muhammad also claimed MJ visited Dr. Arnold Klein's office several times a week and often came out "a bit tipsy" -- but never explained why. We're told police showed up and took Milton into custody -- and booked him for assault with a deadly weapon. His wife was not injured. The former outfielder was released from jail last night on $30,000 bail. 33-year-old Bradley was also arrested back in January for another domestic incident. | |
