April 28 (Bloomberg) -- France’s CAC 40 Index fell 71.15 points, or 1.9 percent, to 3,773.45 as of 10:39 a.m. in Paris. The gauge yesterday posted a 3.8 percent decline, the biggest in a year. The SBF 120 Index lost 2 percent today, as all but three of its constituent companies declined.
