Local teen speaks to FDA about cancer treatment

Last month, 16-year-old Logan Emmons, a sophomore at Franklinton High School and a resident of Plainview, spoke to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) about the cancer treatment he is currently receiving, called SGN-35.
