Sunday, August 21st, 2011 16:29:00 IPOH: A man was killed when his car skidded and plunged into a swollen monsoon drain in Jalan Medan Ipoh here today. Lim Cheng Woei, 27, who sustained head injuries, died on the spot in the 8am incident. A team from the state fire and rescue department extricated the body from the car.
