WELLINGTON, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Batsman Martin Guptill needs an ankle surgery and has been ruled out of New Zealand's tour to Bangladesh in October, the country's cricket board said on Saturday. New Zealand physiotherapist Paul Close has advised the 26-year-old to undergo an operation next month for the right ankle injury he has been carrying for the past year.
