Usaama Rahim, who was fatally shot Tuesday in Boston after waving a knife at police, plotted with others to "randomly kill police officers in Massachussetts" this week and separately planned to behead a person in another state, according to court documents.
The alleged plans were discussed with David Wright and a third person. Wright, who is appearing in court Wednesday, is charged with conspiring to conceal evidence of Rahim's plans.
