Candidates have completed their walkthroughs ahead of tonight's CNN Facebook Republican Presidential Debate, the year's final GOP forum, which will focus on national security.
Donald Trump, the longtime GOP front-runner, will take center stage among eight other candidates for the second of two rounds. He'll be flanked by Ted Cruz, the Texas senator whose poll numbers are on the upswing; and Ben Carson, the retired neurosurgeon whose standing has dropped in recent polls.
Coverage is underway now on CNN ahead of the first round of the debate; coverage for the main event starts at 8:30 p.m.
