I can't stop thinking about boy's suffering

I WAS shocked to read the report of the Bahraini father who has beaten his six-year-old son into a coma. (GDN, February 14). My heart goes out to the boy, who has suffered violence and abuse for long.

WASHINGTON â€" LeRoy W. Tillman Jr., a former reporter for The Associated Press who covered the city of Washington for more than a decade, has died. Tillman, 54, was found dead in his home Feb. 17. His brother says doctors believe he had a massive heart attack. A memorial service was held Tuesday.
