Former Mayor Fred Turnage dies at 75

Former Mayor Fred Turnage has died at the age of 75. City spokeswoman Megan Hinkle confirmed that Turnage, who served as mayor from 1973 to 2007, died early Sunday morning after a months-long battle with pancreatic cancer.
