Turkish club Fenerbahce says it has reached an agreement to transfer Uruguay captain Diego Lugano to Paris Saint-Germain. PSG has spent more than ?80 million ($116 million) this summer in a bid to contend for the French league title and be more competitive on the European stage. PSG has yet to confirm the deal.
