Swim Across America Event Pool Raises Funds For Cancer Research Garden City News Thu, 02 Aug 2012 13:57 PM PDT Swim Across America (SAA) returned to the Garden Pool and on Thursday, July 19, 2012 and more than 30 swimmers, young and old alike, raised over $6,000 for cancer research. Each of the swimmers made a commitment to fundraise and swam laps for the cause.
