LOS ANGELES (AP) — One man has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of a 10-year-old girl who was taken in the middle of the night from her Los Angeles home and let go hours later. Police are focusing on the San Diego area as they seek the transient with a long criminal record who is the central suspect in her abduction.
