Controversial Iraqi political figure Ahmed Chalabi has died of a heart attack, a senior Iraqi military source told CNN.
Iraqi state media also reported the death of Chalabi, who played a prominent role in U.S. claims under President George W. Bush in the lead-up to the invasion of Iraq in 2003 that dictator Saddam Hussein possessed weapons of mass destruction.
