| Filed under: Celebrity Justice , Repo Games A bullet ripped a MASSIVE hole through the side of the " Repo Games " van when a crazed gunman opened fire on the reality show crew back in April ... and now TMZ has footage of the frightening incident. Terrified crew members can be seen running for their lives ... when 40-year-old Carlos Barron emerged from his Las Vegas home with a pistol on April 25 and began shooting ... all because he felt the production was too close to his house. Barron can be heard threatening production members ...saying, "I'll blow your ass away man ... I will kill your ass." As the cameras rolled, one crew member instructs a cameraman, "Tape motherf**ker ... this is real, real sh*t ... that's what Anderson Cooper does, b*tch." Afterward, " Repo Games " star Josh Lewis admitted, "I thought I was gonna go Steven Segal for a hot minute and start throwing rocks ... [but then I] heard the second gun shot and I was like, 'F*ck that!'" Cops quickly rolled to the scene and sent a K-9 unit after the suspect. Barron was eventually arrested and booked for attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and obstructing a police officer. Permalink | |

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ they've been going over their favorite passages in hopes of picking a few to be engraved on their wedding bands. We're told Kim will pick a passage for Kris' ring, and Kris will pick one to be engraved on Kim's. According to our sources ... they are each taking it very seriously and they both want to pick something "with meaning." As we previously reported, Kim already has a bible verse engraved into her massive engagement ring. Can we get an amen? Permalink | |

The photo was shot at the Buonanotte Supperclub in Montreal on June 12 right around midnight. One source inside the club tells us the two were "all over each other" the entire evening ... and were even seen making out. | Filed under: Mark Ballas , Celebrity Justice Defendant: "Dancing" pro Mark Ballas -- accused of firing his ex-publicist and NOT paying. Plaintiff: Ace PR -- accused of doing a CRAPPY job. Strap on your rhinestone pants ... 'cause this one's about to get NASTY!!! Ballas has just been hit with a summons to appear in L.A. County Small Claims Court -- because Ace PR claims the "Dancing with the Stars" pro never forked over $2,637.75 he owed the company after he fired them back in September. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ace claims Ballas agreed to pay them a "30 day termination fee" when he signed his contract ... which is basically severance pay. But sources close to Ballas tell us ... the dancer believes he doesn't owe Ace a dime, because they breached the contract by doing such a terrible job.
