 Vinny Guadagnino from "Jersey Shore" has issued a formal apology for rapping about pretend-raping strippers in a new song he posted to YouTube this morning. The "Jersey Shore" star went to his blog ... and wrote, "I'd like to apologize for the rap. Was meant to be a funny take on an already 'dirty' song - funny since I'm known as the 'good boy'." He added, "I am 100 percent against violence of any kind. I work with many organizations to stop violence and bullying, and will continue to. It's something I strongly believe in. Very sorry to anyone I've offended." As we previously reported Vinny has already pulled the song from YouTube. | |

Sources very close to Kim tell us ... Kim loved Kris and the marriage was legit, but just fell apart in short order. As for Kris filing for an annulment on grounds Kim defrauded him, she says the two of them actually discussed annulling the marriage before she filed for divorce, but they were advised there were no legitimate grounds for an annulment. Under California law, someone can annul a marriage if there's proof of impotency, incest, bigamy, unsound mind, force or fraud. Kim has already filed for divorce -- but according to the docs, obtained by TMZ -- Kris wants Kim to pay his attorney's fees. We broke the story the couple has a prenup, but according to the documents Kris claims there are "community and quasi-community assets." Now, a rep for the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) -- tells us, "The lyrics in Vinny Guadagnino’s new rap song that glorify rape are ignorant. Trivializing this violent crime sends a dangerous message to the public." "Use of the term 'actin' like' doesn't mitigate the harm this crime has on survivors of sexual violence." The rep adds, "We hope that Mr. Guadagnino will reconsider his stand on this issue and leverage his platform to reinforce a zero tolerance policy for sexual violence, as he has with bullying." Stern -- who said the claim was a bold-faced lie -- sued Jackie Hatten for defamation, and now we've learned the case has settled. The terms of the settlement are confidential. Hatten's account was published in Rita Cosby's book, "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death." Stern also sued Cosby, and that case settled several years ago. TMZ | |

We're told Murray said he knew he was going to get the maximum sentence, so it didn't bother him that he became Judge Michael Pastor's human punching bag over the things he said in the documentary -- in particular, trashing Michael Jackson and not accepting any blame for his death. And we know more about Murray's reaction to the sentence. He's saying he's "surprisingly upbeat" about the sentence, telling one friend, "I'm just relieved it's finally over," adding, "Don't worry, I'm fine, and I'll be out soon." | |

The accuser -- who is only being identified as 'John Doe' -- is NOT one of the 8 victims listed in the grand jury report that rocked Penn State -- but his story seems to fall in line with the rest of the allegations. According to John Doe's lawyers, the alleged victim claims he met Sandusky through the Second Mile charity when he was 10-years-old ... and was abused by the coach more than 100 times between 1992 and 1996. Doe claims the abuse occurred in multiple locations -- including the Penn State locker room, the Sandusky home, and also during a road trip to a bowl game.  8:30 AM PST -- The accuser has released a statement about the suit ... saying, "I don’t want other kids to be hurt and abused by Jerry Sandusky or anybody like Penn State to allow people like him to do it—rape kids!" He adds, "I never told anybody what he did to me over 100 times at all kinds of places until the newspapers reported that he had abused other kids and the people at Penn State and Second Mile didn’t do the things they should have to protect me and the other kids."
