October 19, 1935-January 13, 2012. Our Lord Jesus Christ called Thomas Edward Czyz of Reno on Friday, January 13, 2012 after a heart attack. For 76 years, Tom lived his Catholic faith and loved his family.

RETRACING my high school days (1966 to 1970), I remember our first school newspaper editor at the Holy Family Academy (Cor Unum/One Heart). Divina “Ina” Dizon Nepomuceno was her name. Outpouring words of wisdom flowed from her writing desk. Inspiring us with her exemplar leadership and kindness, she lit up the lamp of writing par excellence.
