Scotts Bluff County Judge Glenn Camerer stands alongside his speech therapist, Jean Wegelin. Camerer retired in May after suffering traumatic brain injury in a fall. As a result of the injury, he suffers from a condition called aphasia, but has made lots of strides in recent months.
