Police arrested a Newport News man Wednesday and charged him with a felony count of cruelty and injury to a child. Police say that Phillip Alexander Todd, 24, of the 800 block of Colleen Drive was arrested after his son was brought to Sentara Port Warwick Emergency Center Tuesday with bruises on his lower body and a bruise above his right eye. |
