Scuffle in St. Pete ends in gunfire

A fight between two men in a St. Petersburg neighborhood Saturday afternoon ended in gunfire. Cardrick Marcel Cason, 29, suffered a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was transported to Bayfront Medical Center with a non life-threatening injury.  

Early Morning Shooting Leaves 1 Man Dead

City police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the 1000 block of E. Hoffman Street. Police responded to the call early Saturday morning. When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
