  1. "Reverse discrimination" is a ridiculous phrase. It is mindlessly repeated by headline writers, the media and those who have no understanding of discrimination law... Laws against discrimination cover those who, for example, might suffer adverse consequences from being treated differently on the basis of their race or color. That means everyone who HAS a race (ie everyone) and everyone who has a "color" (ie everyone). The same is true for laws protecting people on the basis of sex. Whether you are male OR female, you may not be discriminated on the basis of your sex (exceptions in employment would be wet nurse or sperm donor which require the person to be biologically capable of doing the job).
"Reverse discrimination" is like "reverse assault" , "reverse rape" , "reverse murder".
So...get over the laws only for some people idea!
