They may be able to restore physical functions, and even teach the newly disabled person to be mobile with what faculties they have left. But they cannot transplant confidence.

Currency exchange owner found slain

Five months ago, Brian Choi was robbed at his Albany Park currency exchange. Late Wednesday night, the 55-year-old Korean immigrant was targeted again. This time, however, Choi didn't survive the attack. Choi's body was found in the trunk of his 2006 Hyundai Sonata with a gunshot wound to his face. His car was parked just a block away from his business at 3443 W. Foster, police said.
