Cole Hamels of the Philadelphia Phillies has pitched a no-hitter in a 5-0 victory over the Chicago Cubs. He struck out 13 batters and walked two.
It was the third no-hitter this season. Washington's Max Scherzer and San Francisco's Chris Heston threw no-hitters in June.
