South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley at 4 p.m. ET today will sign a bill ordering the removal of the Confederate battle flag from the statehouse grounds, according to her office.
The flag will be removed at 10 a.m. Friday, according to a tweet from Haley aide Rob Godfrey.
