The two U.S. military members who prevented a massacre from taking place on a high-speed train in Belgium have been identified as Air Force service-member Spencer Stone and National Guard member Alek Skarlatos, their travel companion Anthony Sadler, who also helped subdue the suspect, tells CNN.
