Former President Jimmy Carter said today doctors found four spots of melanoma on his brain, describing his cancer diagnosis at a press conference in Atlanta.

"I'll get my first radiation treatment this afternoon," Carter, 90, said, adding that doctors began checking for more cancer after removing a spot from his liver.
