Saturday night's GOP debate was the most-watched of the 2012 campaign as an average of 7.6 million viewers tuned in to watch the presidential candidates take on such hot topics as unemployment and immigration. Despite a relatively late start time -- 9 p.m. on the East Coast -- 2.1 million of those viewers were in the key adults 25-54 viewer group. Atterberry was driving his Mercedes coupe when Tyler Brehm started shooting at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street in Hollywood Friday. Jeffrey S. Sarver was asking for millions of dollars, but he'll be the one left writing some checks. This week, U.S. District Court Judge Jacqueline Nguyen ordered Sarver to pay $187,125 in attorneys fees, according to court documents. Huvelle that the case no longer needed to be expedited after AT&T and Deustche Telekom, which owns T-Mobile, requested their application be pulled from the Federal Communications Commission. Reuters - (Reuters) - A Los Angeles-based filmmaker was charged Friday with defrauding Massachusetts of almost $5 million in inflated tax credits for two movies he made along the state's scenic Cape Cod shoreline. Daniel Adams, 50, is accused of fraudulently submitting tax credit applications that claimed exaggerated expenses related to 2008's "The Golden Boys" and 2009's "The Lightkeepers," said Brad Puffer, spokesman for Attorney General Martha Coakley. The set was designed to look like Manhattan's original Zuccotti Park encampment complete with tents and signs, and plans called for the TV show to shoot there on Friday morning, according to protesters who spoke with crew members.
