Reuters - CHENNAI (Reuters) - West Indian all-rounder Kieron Pollard blasted 10 sixes but his power-packed maiden century was not enough to avert a 34-run defeat against India in the fifth and final one-dayer on Sunday. Pollard's (119) blistering 110-ball knock took his team close to the 268-run victory target but apart from Andre Russell (53), none of his batting colleagues could offer much support as West Indies folded for 233 in 44.1 overs. ... Reuters - MADRID (Reuters) - Espanyol completed a Barcelona city double over their Madrid based rivals in La Liga this weekend when they thrashed Atletico Madrid 4-2 on Sunday. On Saturday, champions Barcelona were 3-1 victors at Real Madrid and their city neighbours stormed into an early lead over visiting Atletico. Reuters - (Reuters) - The Chicago Blackhawks scored two late goals to claim a 3-2 overtime victory over the San Jose Sharks Sunday. Chicago's Patrick Sharp netted his second consecutive game-winner with 34 seconds left in overtime to complete an emotional few days after he also recently welcomed the birth of a daughter. "That was a tough game, personally, to be a part of," Sharp told reporters, having taken his wife and daughter home from the hospital earlier in the day.
