| Filed under: Lindsay Lohan  Lindsay Lohan completely wigged after some jackass stole her purse in Hawaii this weekend-- telling friends, she was terrified the ordeal would land her in jail ... and TMZ has obtained audio of her expletive-filled freak out. Take a listen ... moments after Lindsay discovered her bag was missing ... she says, "I will f**king kill someone if I even have to get questioned [inaudible] jail for a year." Lindsay was petrified she'd be stranded in Hawaii without her ID -- forcing her to miss her court date in L.A. Wednesday morning ... a misstep that could have potentially gotten her probation revoked, and landed her butt behind bars. Lindsay can relax -- TMZ broke the story -- her passport and court documents permitting travel were eventually returned along with Lindsay's $5,000 Chanel purse. However, she's still short $10,000 cash. On tape Lindsay adds, "My dad will kill me" -- interesting considering her on-again-off-again relationship with Michael Lohan ... and his own in-and-out-of-jail (currently, out) status. TMZ | |

 Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake is adamant he never had a gay relationship with Hulk Hogan ... despite allegations made by Hulk's ex-wife ... and now Brutus tells TMZ he's prepared to SUE. Mr. Beefcake -- real name Ed Lesie -- tells TMZ ... Linda Hogan was flat out lying when she went on the radio back in June and said the former WWE stars engaged in homoerotic behavior outside the wrestling ring. Hulk has already filed a defamation lawsuit against Linda -- claiming she also made up allegations that he physically abused her during their marriage. Beefcase tells us he plans to follow Hulk's lead ... and has already instructed his attorney to draft up the lawsuit, which he claims he will file in the very near future. Brutus tells TMZ, "I've known [Linda] for almost 40 years ... but when she starts trying to ruin our careers, it just aint fair." | Filed under: Jermaine Dupri, Celebrity Justice  Not only was Jermaine Dupri's mega-expensive Lamborghini repossessed recently -- now, the people who fronted him the cash to pay for it are out for blood ... claiming the producer still owes them $80,000 for the car.Premier Financial Services filed new legal docs in Georgia Superior Court, claiming Jermaine financed the white 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago in 2006 -- worth $330,000 -- and agreed to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323. According to the docs, Jermaine dropped $70,000 up front for the car and successfully made the majority of payments -- but for some reason ... he dropped the ball in 2009, and failed to pay the remaining handful. As a result, PFS repossessed the car and sold it off for $115,000 -- and now they're out for the difference ... insisting they hemorrhaged $79,095 in the deal-gone-wrong, and they're suing Jermaine for their losses. According to docs filed back in September, Dourdan defaulted on his mortgage after he missed a payment due on July 1. The docs say Dourdan owes $61,558.90 as of September 28, 2011 .... on the Venice pad he bought back in 2004 for $922,000. Calls to Dourdan's rep were not returned. | |

Sources tell us, Lindsay stayed long after police left -- driving the entire party into a frenzy for hours looking for the purse -- and up until this morning, she had come up empty. But that's when one of her friend's eyed a suspicious-looking local, and asked if he knew where the bag was. We're told the local denied everything, but showed up with the bag minutes later ... claiming he found it on the street somewhere. Sources tell TMZ, Linds had been at a house party in Laie, Hawaii for about two hours -- NOT drinking -- and accidentally left her $5,000 Chanel purse in the car. When she came out, the purse was gone. According to sources, the purse contained her passport (and other ID), her probation paperwork -- giving her permission to take the trip -- and lots of cold hard cash ... good idea.  But it gets crazier -- Lindsay is due back in California court on Wednesday for a hearing about her probation. It's extremely unlikely, but if she misses her court date, the judge could find her in contempt and revoke her probation, landing her in the pokey.If it all sounds familiar -- it's because the same exact thing happened to Lindsay last year while she was in Cannes ... According to multiple reports, Braun was tested during the playoffs this year -- and the test showed his system contained elevated levels of testosterone. 28-year-old Braun is fighting the results, telling the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, he's the victim of "highly unusual circumstances" -- adding, "This is all B.S. Tucker got lucky with the first property -- an 8,861 square foot, 5-bedroom waterfront home in Lake County -- successfully negotiating a short sale before the bank planned to foreclose on it last month. Chris' bank accepted a $2 million bid for the house -- satisfying the actor's debt -- even though he allegedly owed $4.4 million on the property before selling it. Considering Tucker bought the place for $6 million, it was a great deal for whoever just snatched it off the market. In October, Tucker sold the other Florida pad for $1,050,000 ... much less than his $1.5 million asking price. But any money is good money at this point -- as we previously reported, Tucker still allegedly owes Uncle Sam $11.5 million in back taxes. Good thing they're making another "Friday." | |
