Gilmore -- a high priest in the Church -- who tells us it doesn't make sense to say God is helping Tim win games ... because that would mean God's actively making other teams lose ... and why would God do that? But what does make sense is Tebow's mental state -- Gilmore tells us, "Those who have a winning attitude tend to do better, and whatever fuels such team spirit, be it religious fervor or simply an overwhelming desire to succeed, is the real source for success." According to sources, the Griffins are a military family -- and Robert felt it was important to visit Ground Zero for some somber reflection. Hanson tells us, "It's not luck. Luck isn't winning 6 games in a row. It's favor. God's favor." Pastor Hanson adds, "God has blessed his hard work." | Filed under: Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen, Exclusive, Celebrity Justice  Brooke Mueller is trying something different for her umpteenth attempt at drug rehab ... a rigorous outpatient treatment that will require random drug testing, and -- for better or worse -- will allow her to continue spending time with her children. Brooke's rep Steve Honig says she will be going to a facility for treatment during the day, and when she leaves the facility she will remain "under expert supervision 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week." In addition, Honig says ... "Brooke has requested to be tested on a daily basis for cocaine and other illegal substances so there is no doubt as to her commitment." Brooke -- who was arrested for cocaine possession in Aspen on December 3 -- has been in and out of inpatient programs for years. Her rep says she wanted a different approach this time ... and she wanted to maintain a normal routine for Bob and Max ... her children with Charlie Sheen. | Filed under: Jermaine Dupri, Celebrity Justice, Exclusive, Ride Me  Not only was Jermaine Dupri's mega-expensive Lamborghini repossessed recently -- now, the people who fronted him the cash to pay for it are out for blood ... claiming the producer still owes them $80,000 for the car.Premier Financial Services filed new legal docs in Georgia Superior Court, claiming Jermaine financed the white 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago in 2006 -- worth $330,000 -- and agreed to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323. According to the docs, Jermaine dropped $70,000 up front for the car and successfully made the majority of payments -- but for some reason ... he dropped the ball in 2009, and failed to pay the remaining handful. As a result, PFS repossessed the car and sold it off for $115,000 -- and now they're out for the difference ... insisting they hemorrhaged $79,095 in the deal-gone-wrong, and they're suing Jermaine for their losses.
