NEW HAVEN â€" Pedro Curbelo, a longtime leader in the St. Rose of Lima parish and the Fair Haven and New Haven Latino communities, will lie in state for five hours Monday in the church after losing his battle with cancer on Thursday, St. Rose pastor the Rev. James Manship said Sunday.
