A magnitude-7.0 earthquake struck early Saturday morning on Japan's Kyushu island, the same region a deadly magnitude-6.2 quake hit late Thursday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The Japan Meteorological Agency said tsunami advisories have been issued for parts of Japan after the latest earthquake.
