It's more than merely fitting that we honor our fallen heroes on Memorial Day. But let's all remember that many of our fallen heroes are still alive. One ballpark estimate says about 320,000 soldiers returning from Iraq or Afghanistan since 2001 have experienced a traumatic brain injury. |
