Spokane dog recovers from summer attack

A dog that suffered extensive injuries while being snatched from a car near Spokane City Hall this past summer is recovering slowly. Her owner says Cocoa Butter has brain damage and nerve damage and the 5-year-old has given up chasing cats. |
